What You’ll Do

  • Create a Seamless Service: Lead the breakfast and conference lunch service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests enjoy every bite.
  • Make Guest Happiness Your Priority: Meet, greet, and treat every guest like an old friend. Solve any issues with a smile and ensure that “no guest leaves unhappy.”
  • Inspire & Support Your Team: As a natural leader, you’ll train, motivate, and empower your team to bring our fun, community-style vibe to every shift.
  • Master the Details: Perfect every detail of the dining experience, from the meticulous arrangement of the buffet to ensuring a warm, inviting setup that leaves a lasting impression on each guest.
  • Handle the Essentials: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with all departments, and maintain impeccable standards in food safety, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring that every item and area meet our high standards for quality and care.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2-3 years of food & beverage supervisory experience, ideally in breakfast service.
  • Leadership: You know how to rally a team, create a positive atmosphere, and keep the energy up.
  • Customer-Focused: People skills and communication are your strengths, with a focus on creating a memorable guest experience.
  • Organized & Efficient: You’re a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: From food presentation to hygiene, you have an eye for what makes guests come back.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Swedish is required to make every guest feel at home.
