The role

As Front Office Ambassador, you are at the heart of the guest experience. You are the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring personalised service, smooth operations and memorable moments throughout their stay.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering service on an international level. Key responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Welcome guests, manage requests, handle feedback and ensure a warm, personalized experience throughout the stay.

  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as the link between guests and hotel departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and flawless execution.

  • Front Office Operations: Support daily Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out and guest follow-ups.

Who you are

You have a genuine passion for hospitality and understand that luxury lives in the details. You are confident, calm under pressure and enjoy being the person guests turn to when they need something, or when they don’t even know they need it yet.

You bring:

  • At least 1 years of experience within Front Office or Reservations

  • Experience working in the luxury or premium hospitality segment

  • Strong knowledge of a PMS system (Opera, Fidelio, Mews or similar)

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

  • A flexible mindset and availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • A positive attitude, strong social skills and a true team spirit

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach  you enjoy challenges and take initiative

  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage

  • Own the daily setup, preparation, and execution of all conferences and events.

Som Guest Service Agent  är du en viktig del i att skapa en unik och oförglömlig upplevelse för hotellets gäster.  Det är i receptionen våra gäster får sitt första intryck och dit de vänder sig med stort och smått.

Du har en unik förmåga att se varje gäst, en positiv och problemlösande inställning, smittande energi, mod att våga fråga, gillar att synas, tar egna initiativ och alltid har koll på läget.

Du är en teamplayer men kan även arbeta bra självständigt, du är ansvarsfull och drivs av gott samarbete mellan dig och dina kollegor och har insikten att ta fullt ägandeskap inte bara för ditt område, utan för gästens helhetsupplevelse.

Tjänsten innebär arbete under dag, kväll och helger.


Det finns två lediga tjänster:
(1) Deltidsarbete, 60–80 %
(2) Vi söker även vikarie för én 80% deltidstjänst, och tidsbegränsad från mars 2026 till april 2027. Planerad start är i februari / mars (utbilding)


I tjänsten ingår b la arbetsuppgifter såsom: 

  • Hålla högsta service- och kompetensnivå och skapa en oförglömlig helhetsupplevelse för hotellets gäster.
  • Traditionellt receptionsarbete såsom att checka in och ut gäster, telefon/chat och mejlhantering, ta emot bokningar, förbereda ankomstlista, följa checklista, fakturering med mera.
  • Vara hotellets gäster behjälpliga med frågor och önskemål före, under och efter deras vistelse.
  • Engagerad i merförsäljning och att avdelningens mål uppnås.
  • Ansvar för att löpande följa upp gästnöjdhet.
  • Ansvarar för att hålla receptionsområdet välkomnande och i bästa skick efter givna instruktioner.
  • Att ett gott arbetsklimat råder där alla ställer upp för varandra.
  • Koordinera med övriga avdelningar för att möta gästens önskemål.

Aronsborgs Konferenshotell är en mötes- och eventanläggning, vackert belägen vid Mälarens strand i Bålsta. På mindre än en timme når du oss från Stockholm, Uppsala och Arlanda flygplats. Med 390 sängplatser och 22 konferenslokaler – den största med kapacitet på upp till 475 personer – samt stora grönområden och sällskapsytor kan vi arrangera både stora och små konferenser, företagsevent och fester.

Nu söker en kock som har utbildning eller erfarenhet inom yrket. 

Du kommer att arbeta med köksmästare Johannes Gustafsson,  och hans befintliga team.
