We are currently looking for a Inhouse Sales Agent who wants to be part of the best sales team in the hotel industry.

Skills & qualifications needed 

  • Great personality with exceptional negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and service-minded with a flair for client interaction
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry and the meetings & events business

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from clients.
  • Demonstrate creativity in your sales approach by customizing proposals.
  • Conduct site inspections with the goal of securing business opportunities.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
  • Responsible for own proposals by actively working with Pipeline Management
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future and repeat business.
  • Client meetings and tour of house 
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B Team, Event Team, Planning Team, and Proactive Sales Team

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the industry
  • You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
