We are now looking for a Conference & Event Executive. 

 

Skills & qualifications needed 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • You speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Receive confirmed event bookings and take full ownership of planning and execution.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure all event logistics align with client expectations.
  • Plan and execute events in full detail, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and executed.
  • Identify and maximize upselling opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and future business.
  • Ensure all logistics, setup, and event requirements are met according to client expectations.
  • Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Handle any on-site event issues with professionalism and quick problem-solving.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our offerings and services.
