Join Our Team as Head Pastry Chef!

We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as Head Pastry Chef, a key role where creativity, leadership, and craftsmanship meet.

As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for shaping our pastry offering and leading the pastry team. Your role will involve:

  Designing and implementing menus for desserts and pastries.

  Developing new seasonal,recipes and concepts with a focus on innovation, quality and latest trends

  Leading, inspiring, and further developing the pastry team.

  Ensuring all baked goods meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and texture.

  Managing inventory and ordering to guarantee access to the freshest ingredients.

  Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

What we are looking for:

  Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar leadership role.

  Culinary or patisserie education (a strong plus).

  Expertise in baking and confectionery techniques.

  Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

  Creativity paired with attention to detail.

  Strong communication and team leadership skills.
