Vi söker vikarie för vår Spa Manager
Vi erbjuder ett arbete på en av Sveriges absolut finaste spaanläggningar. Vi har 18 behandlingsrum, två spabutiker, Spa & relax yta på 2000 m2 samt en tränings avdelning.
Som Spa Manager ansvarar du för avdelningens löpande drift med fokus på nöjda medarbetare & gäster samt att driva en lönsam verksamhet genom säljfokus och effektiv planering. Detta inkluderar samtliga outlets, såsom behandlingsrum, spa shop, Spa area, gym- och träning, lounge och reception. Du samverkar nära våra andra avdelningar där ni tillsammans kommer driva flera projekt.
Dina viktigaste uppgifter är att säkerställa att vårt fantastiska spa är fullbokat alla dagar i veckan och att alla som besöker oss längtar tillbaka när de lämnar oss! Du kommer också ansvar för schemaläggning, kvalitetsnivå, utbildning, prognosarbete och att uppsatta KPI:er efterlevs.
Som ledare hos oss samarbetar du till största delen i drift med ditt team. Arbetstiden anpassas därför efter hotellets verksamhet vilket innebär att dags-, kvälls- och helgarbete råder.
Tjänsten är ett vikariat då ordinarie Spa Manager går på mammaledighet. Det är en fördel om du kan gå bredvid den sittande managern under en period för att säkerställa en smidig överlämning.
Som Spa Manager ingår du i ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till Hotell Manager
Tjänsten innebär arbete under dag, kväll och helger. Som det är när man jobbar på hotell!
Rekrytering kommer ske löpande därav kan tjänsten tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag.
