We are now looking for a creative and high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Brasserie Bon Vivant and further shape Riviera’s culinary identity with international flair and confident use of local Nordic ingredients.

You bring:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or creative Sous Chef in a lifestyle restaurant, resort hotel or modern brasserie

  • A strong creative vision, blending international influences with local, seasonal produce

  • The ability to lead, inspire and build strong kitchen teams

  • Commercial mindset, solid cost control and a focus on sustainable operations

🍽️ Your role

  • Create and develop vibrant, international menus rooted in Nordic and local ingredients

  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team in a high-energy resort environment

  • Deliver food experiences that match the Riviera vibe – from breakfast to after-beach and events

  • Collaborate closely with bar, events and other departments to create seamless guest experiences

  • Take ownership of kitchen economics, purchasing, inventory and operational efficiency
