  • Team Development: Responsible for training, coaching, and the daily follow-up of your staff to create a winning team at the front.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher education in Hotel and Tourism Management or a similarly relevant field is strongly preferred and will be emphasized.

  • Leadership Experience: Documented experience from a hotel reception, preferably in a similar leadership role with personnel responsibility.

  • Operational Mindset: You love the daily life of a hotel and thrive working in a shift rotation (days, evenings, and weekends).

  • Structured: You have the ability to work effectively with administrative tasks during your scheduled office hours.

  • Commercial Acumen: You understand the connection between excellent service, upselling, and the bottom line.

  • Language: Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish).

Why work with us?

  • A varied workday that combines hands-on operational work with management responsibility.

  • Excellent career opportunities and employee benefits within the Strawberry family.
