Built in the distinctive Norwegian Dragon Style, the hotel features 49 individually designed rooms, a grand hall, historic lounges, a fine dining restaurant, and lush gardens. Our award-winning hotel is renowned for its timeless charm, offering a unique experience to every guest.

About the Role 

Start date: 01.05.2026

Responsibilities

  Responsibility for your assigned kitchen section

 Monitors inventory and expiration dates of raw goods 

  Preparation and execution of dishes according to set standards

  Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation at all times

  Contribute to menu development and seasonal dishes

  Maintain good hygiene and follow HACCP routines

 Ensures work area remains clean

  Train and support commis chefs, breakfast chef  and apprentices when needed


Qualifications

 Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

 Professional culinary training is an advantage

 Passion for quality ingredients and classic techniques

 Knowledge of multiple cooking methods, equipment and service formats.

 Ability to stay calm, clean and quick during busy service.

 Strong teamwork and communication skills

 English language skills
