Night Auditor – Wood Hotel Bodø

Do you thrive when the rest of the city sleeps?
Situated on Rønvikfjellet, overlooking the stunning Norwegian landscape, Wood Hotel Bodø is a unique destination built primarily from sustainable wood. As an arctic resort, we provide an experience where nature and hospitality blend seamlessly.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Night Audit to join our Front Office team as soon as possible. As the guardian of the hotel during the night, you play a crucial role in ensuring both guest safety and the hotel’s financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to late arrivals and a smooth departure for early birds. You are the face of the hotel during the night hours.

  • Night Audit Procedures: Perform daily night audit tasks, including verifying accounts, processing the end-of-day reports, and preparing for the next day's operations.

  • Safety & Security: Responsible for the safety and security of our guests and the property throughout the night.

  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and follow up promptly on guest requirements, ensuring all concerns are handled with professionalism.

  • Collaboration: Maintain clear communication and handovers with the evening and morning shifts.

What We Look For:

  • Reliability: You are independent, responsible, and comfortable being the sole point of contact during the night.

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a good eye for numbers and a structured approach to administrative tasks.

  • Service Mindset: A passion for hospitality and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

  • Language: Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish).

  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel reception or similar role is an advantage, but we provide full training for the right candidate.

Why Join Us?

  • Work in a breathtaking natural setting with a team of dedicated professionals.

  • Be part of an innovative and sustainable hotel concept.

  • Opportunities for growth and development within the Strawberry family.

  • A welcoming and inclusive workplace where your contributions matter.

Practical Information: The position is a 80% role, following a night-shift rotation. You will report to the Front Office Manager.

Application: If you see yourself in the above description, please upload your CV and motivational letter as soon as possible. Interviews will be held continuously throughout the application period.

Deadline: 10.03.2026
