Lead the commercial transformation of Finland’s most legendary hotel.

Hotel Kämp is evolving. We are looking for a visionary Commercial Director to lead our newly consolidated on-property commercial organization. This role represents a strategic shift toward local empowerment, ensuring Hotel Kämp has a dedicated leadership structure solely focused on driving our sales and brand success.

As a key member of the Executive Team, you will report directly to the General Manager. You will bridge the gap between our bespoke luxury strategy and the commercial engine of the Strawberry organization, ensuring we maximize both local agility and global distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Total Revenue Optimization: Drive holistic strategy across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Meetings &Events. Move the culture from reactive order-taking to proactive strategic deal-making.

  • Matrix Collaboration: Work in a "solid line" to the GM and "dotted line" to Strawberry’s central functions. Partner with the Director of Sales, Finland and Senior Profit Manager to align on global RFPs and yield strategies.

  • Leadership & Stewardship: Directly manage In-house Sales, Meetings & Events Planning, and Marketing. Ensure the brand integrity of Hotel Kämp remains impeccable across all digital and physical channels.

  • Outlet Strategy: Treat our celebrated bar, restaurants and other venues as independent profit centers, driving footfall from the local and international high-end market.

  • Partnerships: Act as the face of the hotel within the local business community, cultivating high-value partnerships.

Candidate Profile

  • Commercial Leadership: Proven track record in developing sales organizations within luxury hospitality or premium services.

  • Active Network: You bring an existing, high-value client and partner network.

  • Executive Presence: Comfortable representing the brand at the highest levels, both locally and internationally.

  • Linguistic Excellence: Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English is essential, Swedish is a merit.

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency (full professional proficiency) in both Finnish and English is mandatory; knowledge of Swedish is considered a valuable asset.
