Om tjänsten
Vi söker en driven och erfaren bartender för en heltidstjänst till vårt team på Strömstad Spa & Resort. Vi värdesätter flexibilitet och förmågan att växla mellan arbete bakom baren och som servitör/servitris på restaurang- och konferensgolvet.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Beredning och servering av drycker av hög kvalitet (cocktails, vin, öl, etc.)
Hantering av beställningar och kassa.
Ge förstklassig service och rådgivning till våra gäster.
Vid behov, arbeta aktivt som servitör/servitris i våra restauranger och på konferensavdelningen.
Säkerställa en ren och organiserad arbetsplats.
Lagerhantering och beställningar.
Din profil:
Minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som bartender.
Goda kunskaper inom dryckeshantverk och produktkännedom (vin, sprit, kaffe).
Erfarenhet eller vilja att arbeta flexibelt som servitör/servitris.
Flytande i svenska och/eller engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Du är stresstålig, serviceinriktad och har en positiv attityd.
Du är flexibel gällande arbetstider, inklusive kvällar och helger.
