As part of our F&B FOH management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service across our outlets. Your role

As our F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our evening outlets, including aye aye, Banquets & Events, Room Service, and more.

While this role focuses heavily on evening events and banquets, you will also have the opportunity to lead the Front of House (FOH) team in aye aye during quieter event periods.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering closely with our Events Administration, Kitchen, and FOH teams to execute flawless events—ranging from weddings and corporate dinners to julefrokoster, receptions, and wine tastings.

  • Handling guest requests and feedback with professionalism, care, and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Aligning with the kitchen, reception, and other departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest journey.

  • Supporting, guiding, and motivating the team by sharing menu knowledge and maintaining high service standards.

  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and service procedures are strictly followed while continuously looking for ways to optimize operations.

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling, orders, developing activations, budgeting and more.

  • Have solid experience within F&B service—preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Are an excellent communicator with a positive, proactive mindset.

  • Enjoy taking responsibility and bringing structure to daily operations.

  • Have a natural passion for hospitality, storytelling, and the guest experience.

  • Are comfortable multitasking and prioritizing on the fly.

  • Have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

  • A sommelier education is preferred, but not required.
