We are now looking for some amazing On-Call Bell Captains for our Front of House.

Skills & qualifications needed

We also look for: 

• You have a driver’s license class B
• You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests inside and outside of the hotel
• Handling guests’ luggage, with great care
• Valet parking, including parking and retrieving guests’ cars and doing so with utmost caution and attention to detail
• Maintaining high visibility in the Courtyard
• Handling guests requests and concerns 
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
• Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments 
• Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
• Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values

Are we the perfect match?

We are looking for on-call employees, starting consecutively. You will be reporting to our Front of House Manager Justina Spokeviciute. The position includes daytime, evening & weekend shifts.
