Opening in the first quarter of 2027, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success from day one. Are you a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Someone who loves not just selling a space, but curating unforgettable events and experiences? Then keep reading.
Yes, Hobo Copenhagen will be a lifestyle hotel. But more importantly, it will be a community. A place where we live, work, create, learn, and have fun together. A space for the curious, the social, and the young at heart. Since day one, with our sister hotels in Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo, Hobo has been about more than rooms, it's about experiences, culture, and connection. With our vibrant restaurant, bar, event spaces, and local footprints, we will be constantly evolving. Always in beta. Always moving. We live by three core values: professional, passionate, and playful — and we expect the same from you.
As our Sales Coordinator, you will own the entire client journey from start to finish. From the moment a client sends that very first inquiry, through the seamless execution of their event or stay, and right up until we welcome them back for their next one - you are their trusted partner and main point of contact. You aren't just processing bookings; you are building lasting relationships. Making this happen is a true team effort, and you will collaborate closely with the rest of the house to ensure every detail comes together and every touchpoint feels unmistakably Hobo.
Handle all incoming inquiries and own the client journey from the very first interaction. This includes events, meetings, group overnight stays and occasionally individual bookings.
Host inspiring site inspections and client meetings that showcase the true Hobo culture.
Create customized proposals, spot upselling opportunities, and confidently close deals.
Plan every event and overnight stay from A to Z, create detailed run-sheets, and lead Pre-Event meetings to ensure a flawless handover to the operations team.
Act as the bridge between the client and our F&B team, translating the client's vision into reality.
Keep our CRM and booking systems up to date and manage room block bookings in close dialogue with the Front Desk
Responsible for deposits, ledgers and final billings of all your bookings.
Act as a strategic right-hand to the Sales Manager and actively bring your own ideas to the table.
Experienced in hotel sales, M&E, event planning, or from a creative/cultural background. You know how to create unforgettable experiences and understand the operations behind them.
A natural relationship-builder who is outgoing, empathetic, and makes clients, guests, and colleagues feel seen and valued.
Commercially driven, comfortable negotiating, and always ready to spot an upselling opportunity or close a deal.
Highly structured and detail-oriented, ensuring no request is dropped and every run-sheet is perfectly accurate.
A quick learner with new software, understanding that clean data is key, and maintaining systems with surgical precision.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Are fluent in a Scandinavian language.
Already have a strong network within Copenhagen´s corporate or hospitality scene.
Have experience with hospitality systems such as Mews, Salesforce or Event Temple.
You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in events, food, and culture, and you naturally know how to incorporate them into unforgettable client experiences.
As a full-time employee at Hobo Copenhagen, you are also a member of Strawberry and Nordic Hotels & Resorts, which gives you a lot of benefits.
A creative playground where your ideas actually come to life.
The chance to shape one of Copenhagen's most dynamic new hotel brands.
A role where no two days are the same and you can leave your personal imprint.
Four free nights at a hotel of your choice in our hotel chain per year.
