Sommerro er et levende hus med et mangfold av restauranter, barer og opplevelser – et sted der gjester kommer for å nyte mat, drikke, kultur og fellesskap. Vår visjon er å skape minneverdige opplevelser gjennom ekte vertskap, høy kvalitet og lidenskap for detaljer.
Nå søker vi en erfaren og serviceorientert Hovmester & Sommelier som ønsker å være en nøkkelperson i gjesteopplevelsen hos oss – fra første møte til siste glass. I denne rollen vil du være med på å løfte våre serveringsopplevelser, bygge sterke relasjoner til gjestene og skape en unik atmosfære i huset.
TAK Oslo er vår nordisk-japanske perle på taket, en søsterrestaurant til den anerkjente originalen i Stockholm. Her forenes smaker fra det nordiske og japanske kjøkkenet, med fokus på sesongbaserte, lokale og bærekraftige råvarer.
Under TAK Restaurant finner du vår uformelle cocktailbar, Izakaya. Med et bredt utvalg av småretter og en fantastisk takterrasse med utsikt over Frogner, Oslofjorden og marka, er Izakaya et populært samlingspunkt.
I hjertet av hotellet ligger Ekspedisjonshallen, vårt lokale brasseri og serveringssted fra morgen til kveld. Fra frokost for våre hotellgjester til brunch, lunsj, middag og en unik bar – her er det alltid liv! Hver uke fylles Ekspedisjonshallen med stemningsfull jazz fra vårt eget husband med ulike gjestevokalister.
Som Hovmester & Sommelier er du vertskap, serviceleder og lagspiller på én gang. Du sørger for at gjestene får en opplevelse de vil huske, samtidig som du følger opp teamet på gulvet og sikrer en sømløs serviceflyt.

Sommerro er ikke bare et hotell med 231 rom og suiter, men et kulturhus og møtested med syv ulike spisesteder, to barer, takterrasse, velværeavdeling og rom for jobb, fest og avkobling. På trappen til Sommerro står det «LYS – KRAFT – VARME» hugget i stein. Det er arven etter gamle Oslo Lysverker og våre verdier vi tar med videre. Sammen elsker vi store idéer, høye ambisjoner og bredt lagarbeid. Vi vet at om vi tar godt vare på hverandre, blir vi enda bedre rustet til å ta vare på gjestene. Vi ser hver dag at gode kollegaer som gir tillit, trygghet og forventninger, strekker seg enda litt lenger. Alt for at gjesten skal gå hjem med det lille ekstra.
Sommerro søker deg som vil sette en ny standard for hvordan folk blir mottatt og ivaretatt, og som brenner for å få alle gjester til å føle seg hjemme, enten de har reist rundt halve kloden eller kommer ruslende fra andre siden av gaten. Bygget er verdt et besøk i seg selv. Du skal sørge for at folk blir – og vil komme igjen og igjen!
